Our Story

 I am Erika Pfeiffer. A Licensed Massage Therapist. After over 10 years of experience working in the industry, I created a small, private sanctuary called Bela Body Massage & Retreat where I combine my expertise with a touch of my Brazilian heritage. My journey began with a fascination for human anatomy, which ultimately led me to discover my true calling in Massage Therapy.   

My personal goal is to improve every day, connect with people through my passion for bodywork, and achieve a successful business.

Bela Body Massage & Retreat offers my clients a serene space that blends bodywork with the vibrant spirit of Brazil.

I am committed to using high-quality, organic, and natural products in my practice, many of which are made with ingredients sourced from the lush Amazon rainforest. One of my favorite modalities is Wood Therapy for body contouring, which I am focusing on improving with every treatment.

For me, the most rewarding part of my work is the profound energy released during a session.

 I am driven by a genuine desire to help others feel better, and I find incredible satisfaction in knowing I can make a positive impact on my clients' well-being.

An intensive, results-driven ritual focused on flattening and defining the mid-section. We combine a stimulating Brazilian Coffee Scrub and Stone Crop Wrap to detoxify and de-bloat, followed by a high-potency IV Firming Gel infusion. The session concludes with advanced Titanium Metal Therapy to deeply sculpt the waistline and provide superior lymphatic drainage.

Organic Ginger Arnica body oil is the perfect par for this massage. This service is an ideal choice for individuals facing a busy day, before/after a physical activity.

The Bela Way

The Bela Way massage spa treatment provides an exquisite experience through the application of light to medium pressure on the body complemented by an organic sugar scrub, an organic detox mask applied to the back, and concluded with a refreshing peppermint oil scalp massage. It is a complete body relaxation massage. My absolute favorite!

Into the Woods

60min - $130

Infusion of wood tools to massage the body. This technique helps to contour the body without harming the skin or tissue. Each wood tool has a specific use to help improve the skin texture, tone, and the appearance of cellulite. This massage treatment can be done in different sections of the body. However, the lower body, abdomen, and arms are the most popular areas of application.

Bela Body Melt

Instead of traditional basalt stones, we use Himalayan Salt Stones to sooth away stress and tension. These stones are known for their healing properties, offering benefits such as gentle skin exfoliation, reduces inflammation, improved circulation, and promotion of relaxation. It is the best body relaxation massage! They may also balance the body's energy and improve sleep.

Detox Manual Lymphatic Drainage

60min - $120

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized technique focused on stimulating the natural drainage of the lymphatic system, which is a crucial part of the body's immune and detoxification system. This gentle, rhythmic technique uses light pressure and long, sweeping strokes to help move lymph fluid, which carries waste products and toxins away from the tissues and toward the lymph nodes for filtering and elimination. It is also a wonderful body relaxation massage. Dry brushing is used to enhance skin and help lymph flow.

Ultimate Foot Detox

Massage spa for your feet! It begins by soaking your feet in a soothing bath infused with botanical, salt, and essential oils meticulously crafted to rejuvenate your skin texture, expedite detoxification, and promote relaxation. Gently exfoliation of your feet and calves with sugar scrub and indulge in a soothing massage treatment.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a therapeutic massage that helps ease the physical and emotional discomforts of pregnancy. The focus is to prioritize the safety and comfort of the soon-to-be mom.  It is a modality that requires specific training. Gentle adapted techniques are applied to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve circulation. This Massage is offered for moms-to-be at the beginning of their 2nd trimester and up and not indicated for high risk pregnancies.
